If you have medium or large built and want to look lighter, you can follow these tips:
1) Avoid loose tops
Wearing loose shirts or blouses with loose pants, shorts or skirts will only make you look wider and heavier. Shift to a more tailored shirt or blouse that fits your body perfectly without revealing your bulges that you want to hide.
2) Get rid of horizontal stripes
No matter how wide or narrow these stripes are, they will surely draw attention to your upper body. Instead, try to wear clothes that are plain or with vertical lines which will not only make you taller but also put away more attention to your figure.
3) Try the dark hues
The lighter the shade of clothes you wear, the wider you get. So you have to shift to the dark side with dark blues, browns or black. Dark colors can make you thinner and at the same time make you look lighter and sexier as well.
4) Wear heeled shoes or sandals
Flat shoes can make you look wide and plump, especially if you lack in height. Try to experiment on the heels that you can walk on with that will make you legs look sexier but also improve your height and of course make you look taller.
