1. Eat the right food and on time.
2. Drink lots and lots of water (at least 8 glasses a day).
3. Exercise. There are also a lot of ways to exercise like walking and jogging which is good for metabolism.
4. Have a good night’s sleep (at lease 6-8 hours a day) to recharge your body for another day of work.
These steps may be simple but are also important ways to having a youthful skin and a healthy body.
